AOT Trinity provides water tank cleaning, disinfection, inspection and repair services for domestic, HDB, commercial and industrial water storage tanks in Singapore, in addition to general plumbing, LEW-endorsed electrical works, air-conditioning servicing, water heater installation, pump repair and grease trap maintenance. Water tank cleaning follows the Public Utilities Board's (PUB) code of practice for potable water storage tank cleaning, which requires a licensed plumber to be involved in works connected to the potable water supply network.
Under Singapore's Public Utilities Act, work that connects to or affects the water supply network — including the cleaning and inspection of domestic water tanks — should be carried out by, or under the supervision of, a PUB-licensed plumber. AOT Trinity's licence number WS16882018 can be independently checked by any member of the public via PUB's official plumber licence search tool. This distinguishes a compliant contractor from an unlicensed handyman offering the same service at a lower price but without regulatory accountability.
